Park in the lot on the east side of Drake Road on the edge of the field about halfway between Parkview Ave and Stadium Dr.

Join us for a fall walk through beautiful Asylum Lake Preserve. We will meet at the parking lot on the edge of the field and head across the prairie, keeping an eye out for late fall warblers like Palm and Yellow-rumped. From there, we will proceed to the lake in hopes of catching views of lingering waterfowl.  We will loop back up into the prairie to end our walk.  Hopefully the variety of habitats will provide views of many different birds. The entire walk will be approximately two miles in length and should be finished by 11:00 AM.
