Senior citizens are invited to join us for a leisurely journey by golf cart to see and learn about our native summer wildflowers that grow along the trail where it parallels the Kalamazoo River. We will also look for butterflies and whatever else presents itself. No prior knowledge is required – only an interest in the natural world and the environment. Feel free to bring binoculars to see what might be a bit off the trail.We’ll go about 2 miles round trip, and take about 1.5 hours.
Markin Glen County Park fee waived for participants.
Who: Seniors, age 55+.
