Saturday, November 3, 10:00 AM, Beginning Ducks at Wolf Lake Fish Hatchery, Leaders: Kent Martin (256-751-3358) and Shana Ramsey
Meet at Wolf Lake Fish Hatchery outside the Visitors’ Center. The hatchery is six miles west of US-131 on the southwest corner of M-43 and Fish Hatchery Drive. Turn south onto Fish Hatchery Drive and enter the parking lot by the second driveway on the right.

This is a Michigan DNR sponsored event, open to the public. Come out and help us inspire some newer birders! These events draw interest from participants of all ages. We will focus mostly on waterfowl, as this is a good opportunity for relaxed observation over an extended period of time. Bring your binoculars, scopes, and field guides if you have them. We will have some on hand for those without. Please dress appropriately for the weather — it can be quite windy walking the ponds. The program will take place rain or shine.
