Field trips and bird counts are held rain or shine; they are only cancelled in severe weather. Contact the leader listed or check the ASK Facebook page if conditions are questionable.
Events Single Title Field Trip - Kalamazoo River Valley Trail

Join us as we search for resident and migrant species along the Kalamazoo River Valley Trail. Paved pathways and parking areas, along with mostly level terrain, make this an accessible approach to the scenic Kalamazoo River corridor. We will walk 2 to 3 miles round trip. Meet at the parking lot on the north side of the baseball stadium adjacent to the river, 251 Mills Street, Kalamazoo (to see a map, click on this link https://kalamazooaudubon.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/Mayors-Riverfront-Park-Map.jpg). We may wander to Sarkozy’s Bakery afterward, just five minutes away (350 East Michigan Avenue, Unit 100).
