Peregrine Falcon Nest Cam – Viewing Difficulty

March 29, 2024

We have heard from some people who are having difficulty accessing the Kalamazoo falcon nest cam. We have not been able to duplicate the problem so are offering some suggestions and a request for information in order to try and sort things out.

Try to access the cam from the website home page (https://www.kalamazoofalcons.com/) and remember that the livestream feature (with sound) is not turned on at this time. It will be functional after the chicks hatch. It’s possible that your computer may be misdirecting you from a pathway it “remembers” but that is not valid. Try different browsers or devices. It seems like for some people a problem showed up after a recent Safari browser update.

If you still have a problem, please let us know the device, operating system, browser and version that you are using. Maybe we can find some patterns to these challenges.

We are sorry that some people are having these problems and hope the above suggestions are helpful. We will continue to look into this.
