THE IMPORTANCE OF NATIVE PLANTS

This one-hour presentation discusses how you can make your yard welcoming to birds. We’ll talk about what plants to use and why, sources of native plants, managing your yard to be bird-friendly, and guidelines for birdhouses and feeding birds. You’ll receive handouts that will include references to reading material. Slides will present some of the plants and ideas discussed.

To schedule a presentation or get additional information, contact Joyce Leppard at joyceannleppard@nullgmail.com.
